The room was spacious and super clean. The fitness center had modern equipment. I used the treadmills. The hotel's location was central. Covent garden was nearby. The staff gave a warm welcome. EVERYONE was helpful.

The overnight room service was VERY limited. I wish there were more options available after midnight.

A Truly Quiet Room

I found the soundproofing very effective. Street noise was minimal. The room featured Frette linens. The mini bar had complimentary items, a nice surprise. The bathroom included heated floors.

The area in front of the hotel seemed quite busy.

Superb Hotel Experience

The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Housekeeping provided complimentary water and snacks each evening. I liked the lobby bar (it had a great atmosphere).

The bathroom had some noise when water was in use. This was slightly disruptive.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and consideration to my needs. Staff addressed all requests promptly. I found the overall service excellent. All the employees were friendly and professional.
